- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After having a root canal done improperly by another dentist office and having severe pain and infection in my face, the Alpen Dental receptionist fit me in to be seen almost immediately. Dr. Cook reassured me that he would be able to help me . After taking the antibiotics for a week , I was seen again to have the root canal redone.
